Plan requirements and place purchase orders with approved suppliers for assigned parts, materials and services of a relatively standard nature in accordance with requisitions or other authorized requests, specific procedures and verbal instructions. Confer with suppliers to obtain all applicable information needed relative to products and services. Negotiate as authorized for most favorable price and schedules. May expedite parts. Requires Bachelor's degree in business with a minimum of 2-4 year's experience or equivalent. Participation in the NAPM Certification program recommended. Completion of 1-2 APICS examination
